At Yellow Grove, each piece is thoughtfully created, often made-to-order, and crafted with great care. As a small sustainable label, we do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
You wish to exchange your item for another size (subject to availability)
Conditions for exchange:
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact
Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving them
Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our end

Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges on:
Customized or made-to-order pieces
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
Accessories and intimate wear (for hygienic reasons)
