At Yellow Grove, each piece is thoughtfully created, often made-to-order, and crafted with great care. As a small sustainable label, we do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges under specific conditions.

  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at support@yellowgrove.com with your order details.
  1. Exchanges

We accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • You wish to exchange your item for another size (subject to availability)

Conditions for exchange:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact
  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving them
  • Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is on our end

To initiate an exchange, please write to support@yellowgrove.com with your order number and supporting photographs (if applicable).

  1. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Accessories and intimate wear (for hygienic reasons)
